Tropical Fruit

CFT has developed a complete and automatic processing line for the production of natural and/or concentred tropical fruit puree and juices. The line designed and constructed is the result of the CFT  constant commitment to research and development. The system has been designed to process a wide variety of fruit on the same line,  to gurantee low energy consumption and high yield while safeguarding the organoleptic  characteristic of  the treated products.

Mixflow evaporator

The Mixflow evaporator is a concentration unit suitable for multiple effect evaporation by means of mixed circulation (upward/downward) in the effects at lower concentration and by means of downward forced circulation in the first effect of concentration.

System designed to fulfil relevant needs of the tomato and fruit processing industry. Product can be received in boxes, bins or by truck, too.

Sorting Table

The manual sorting rolling tables are made by conveyors for a complete rotation of product on itself, in order to allow an accurate ispection by operators.
