Overview
Il sistema di trasporto di MECDRY MD è costituito da uno o più trasportatori / stadi la cui velocità è regolata in modo indipendente, consentendo così l'accumulo del prodotto.
Il trasportatore attraversa sezioni di essiccazione modulari che hanno circolazione d'aria indipendente, unità di riscaldamento dell'aria e reintegro dell'aria fresca.
Il numero di sezioni e il numero di trasportatori (stadi) in un MECDRY MD è determinato sulla base del tipo di prodotto e delle capacità di lavoro richieste.

- Linear conveyor system made of perforated stainless steel slats mounted on sturdy lateral drive chains. Teflon coated slats available upon request.
- Belt speed regulation with frequency variators.
- Stirring devices available for increasing speed and uniformity of drying.
- Swinging-belt feeding system.
- Insulated drying sections and belt connection sections feature external stainless steel finish and internal fireproof rock-wool lining.
- Air heating units available: heat exchangers fed with saturated steam, methane gas burners, air-to-air heat exchangers fed with combustion gases.
- Flow rate and speed of the air circulation is fixed. Air speed regulation is available upon request.
- Each section or group of sections can be fitted with bottom-up or top-down air direction.
- Automatic air exhaust system with control of exhaust-air moisture.
- Piping for fire extinguishing system, integrated in the dryer.
- Belt washing system, suitable for continuous/discontinuous cleaning, available upon request.
- Automation system featuring PLC, PC and Touch-screen interface used to select the working cycle and to set the work parameters (recipes) in a user-friendly and intuitive way.
- Remote control, storage of alarms and their retrieval or transfer to the management systems are available.
