Milk Project produces MINI CIRCULAR VATS that represent a strong point in processing curds for fine cut to produce long, medium maturing cheese.
One of the main features of the Circular Vat is the double side with indirect steaming or with hot water which enables the curd bake during the technological processing in boiler.
Further benefits of the Circular Vats are the cutting, stirring tools, the double drain in the main bottom dividing the outflow collector of the curd from the outflow collector of the CIP washing.

Circular vats are cylindrical boilers with vertical axis and cutting stirring automatisms, which are combined together with the double heating bottom, represent a gold standard of quality in the production of hard and semi-hard cheese.
- Fully made in stainless steel AISI 304 with self-supporting body.
- The side feeding of milk prevents the forming of foam and keeps the features of the product being processed unchanged.
- Cutting tools, in stainless steel with double-edged blades which make possible to refine the curd cutting fast, with less losses of fat in the whey.
- By dividing whey from curd delicately, stirring blades discharge the product with a balanced flow at the end of process.
- Double heating side for baking curd according to the processing formula set.
- The machine is run with an electronic panel with PLC and Touch Screen where the operator can lead the processing cycles either manually or automatically.
