It can effectively discard foreign bodies and product defects with a palette reject system. Also available in 3Way version. , which provides two rejection systems to distinguish unusable defects from defects considered second choice products.
Peeled tomatoes
Rayvolution is an optical sorter equipped with high resolution cameras to examine the product on the conveyor belt.
It is able to effectively reject foreign bodies and defective products thanks to a palette reject system.
This machine is also available in the 3Way version.
Tomato pulp
Typhoon is an optical sorter for liquid or pulpy food products. It is able to effectively reject foreign bodies and defective products with vacuum extractors.
Packaged tomatoes
Raybox is the X-ray machine for the inspection of tomatoes (and many other products) in glass jars, bottles, cans and carton bricks.
This machine is able to easily detect foreign bodies, damaged packages and anomalies in the filling level.
